CONTENT
Course content will be a selection of the following:

Number and Algebra:
Explore the effect of approximation on answers and calculate simple and compound interest. Explore expansion and factorisation, and solve equations, simultaneous equations and inequalities algebraically and graphically.ÌýÌý

Measurement and Geometry:
Solve problems involving surface area and volume of composite shapes, applying Pythagoras’ theorem and trigonometry to right-angled triangles and exploring similarity in shapes. Interpret networks and network diagrams in practical situations.

Statistics and Probability:
Construct and compare boxplots, scatterplots and two-way tables. Analyse claims, inferences and conclusions of statistical report and explore conditional probability.
