The EHEF Philippines 2023 is being organised by the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines together with the EU Member States' Embassies and Cultural Institutes, in collaboration with the Commission on Higher Education, European and Philippine higher education institutions, and Shangri-La Plaza.
